Introduction to the Words of A Fool

Once there was a man who i highly respect who told me to get a journal and write again those words that were out from my lips of inconvenient timing which has become the source of my demise and the cause of my current predicaments. And so i did. I had once a journal for i was once a writer before. A writer who knows not how to speak with his mouth but filled with endless words that beckons to be heard and dying to dance their scribbling rhythms on the platform of papers. But that writer is gone. He died alongside his careless thought that echoed through his voice without any filtration. Now these hands are oblivious to the symphony of literature and the man i was is no longer. Nevertheless i try. I will try to resurrect the dead and hope to give birth to a flaming phoenix of unwritten lines of my mind., With all my efforts i shall fill these pages of an insignificant journal with the random rantings of this trouble mind and in no consequences shall these words  be in any context or forms of a communication device to be heard for its not at all very interesting or entertaining. Its just a tiny spot of acrylic paint on a canvas but see the canvas far enough those spots can easily form a landscape of magnificence or a portrait of a mentally unstable artist. The question is not what i shall write but what outcome of a painting shall it create? Will it be a renaissance elegance or an impressionistic existentialism or a Picasso bad dream. I don't know the answer but I am sure excited to find out. If you somehow find this words reaching your eyes please understand that it doesn't matter of what you think or if you're not entertained, this is my words..They are all i have left and they are my legacy. So if you care to waste your time with me all i can say is... 'Lets begin'.

 Lets begin a journey.
An adventure to absolute no where.
A directionless quest.
An investigation of a crime-less suspects.
A thrilling cold suicidal conversations of romance behind bars.
A tale of a fool.
Enjoy the words of this fool.
Enjoy these choice notes.

Mr. Nobody is such a Mr. Nowhere Man like A Rolling Stone with Mr. Tambourine

Today is the day I look back at the life i had been given to live in. A life that was not meant to be. I was an accident. A mistaken sequences of life which was not planned or destine to the fate of life like others do. I stray in this world like a shadow on a dark wall. I am Incognito. A vignette of your eyes in the crowded city's streets. I'm just a man on the road which you will not bother to give a second glance to understand. Because, once upon a time, you dress so fine in your laughing matters of your materialize world. Maybe one day you will learn to be like me, to be without a home, to be a complete unknown. To be a rolling stone. With no direction at all and you will make a deal with the frowns of the clownds who juggles siames cat to entertain those riding diplomats. To be a compete unknown. To be a Nowhere Man. To be me. To be Mr. Nobody. When you steps to the level i'm in, you will have no secrets to conceal and when Napolean calls for you, you will run to him. While i shall dance with the sounds of jingling parade by the great magic swirling ships of Mr. Tambourine. I'm ready to fade into your victory of realisation of reality. Though you might hear me laughing or the vague spaces of a ragged clown chasing his own shadows, i wont pay him any mind for he is just composing a ballad for the thim man of his reflection from the clouded lake mirror in his hand while one hand waving free to sillohuetting the sun. Mr. Nobody knows not where he is going to, he is such a Mr. Nowhere Man. He is as blind as he wants to be, he is in no hurry, with no point of view, isnt he a bit like you and me? He has the world at his command, he is sitting in his nowhere land, making his nowhere palns and demands for nobody.

Pondering Around Kuala Lumpur

The Vibrant city filled with movements and vibrations, each steps and each rotation of the tyres, side by side like building bricks of a buzzing construction site, these souls gather in masses moving in a direction of choices, oblivious to the vast aura of connections bonding them together. This is the grand central station and its modern splendor that we boastfully pride in our shiny parades. If we perhaps stop and ask a question in the very subconscious part of our mind this station might stand still and look around for a change and ask the bigger question of  'Where are We going?'

City Center. Filled with age old historical architecture of forgotten times that decays with the harsh unforgiving weather while life anxiously creeps among the crack of the promised bond of concrete. The steps are fast paced upon the washed out pavements that often falls prey to the puddle of rain and moss in its imperfect dents and thrashed by the garbage of the civilization that walks upon it. Each turn of the head gives a headful of sights that worth a sepia-tone silver prints of film photography perfected by a crafty master.

Homeless. Beggars. Blind. Handicaps. Roam these streets.
But I wonder aren't we all homeless, begging, blind and handicap? Where is the humanity that we so proudly claim to help these scumbags of the streets. I stand here and watches your amazing blindness as these poor hapless creature dirtily your grand design of wealth digging for survival needs in the waste that you had neglected. I sit with them for that is all i am capable of doing.

Imagine The Universe

A world within a world. There is thriving ecosystem in this tiny lake that survive in this god forsaken jungle that is boxed in by the concrete building of the large face pace urban civilisation that is barely an outskirt of this modern city which in tow is just a minuscule capital of a country in the large southern east pacific of a bigger continent that merely surface a tiny fraction of the vast vacuum of an average size planet which orbits around a mediocre sun of an expanding community of star system that revolves itself to an axis on the western spiral arm of a galaxy that centralised it position on a fragile pin-point of the spaciously enlarging universe which by the knowledge of any intellectual organism would suggest is just another tiny pond in a large picture of another forest.

These intellectual thinkers would also reveal a much more startling revelation that in this tiny lake of the thriving jungle mentioned in the beginning has their own special sets of surprises. The lake has a unit of chained organisms that bond among each other in an equilibrium of responsibilities and in each of the living things in that relationship has also a bodily functioning system that does their duties to enable the progress of the creature that it serves and in each of the organs in this body system has their own sets of cellular bricks which compromise of tiny molecular structures of atomic spherical elements of subatomic workers of string individuals which by all amazing coincidences is the very foundation of  god particles of everything else out in the world above, from the waters in the lake to the rocks in the space to the tiny debris of the chaotic explosion of the big banging birth of the universe as it released from its singularity state and if with any luck this string element could also be the very DNA of other multiverse systems.

Though most intellectuals are quite content with the String being the most minuscule element in the known world but sooner of later one or two curious little minds will question the world of the String's existence and others might even be crazy enough to talk and suggest that our universe is just a tiny string on a larger subatomic picture of another world.

So dazzle me that question of Infinity or perhaps Insanity. Maybe I'm just a string on an atomic world and maybe there is a variety of buzzing universe inside of me. This are the questions of science. This are the mind boggling adventures for those curious creatures to tackle with their equations. How then can anyone assume and state that there is a lack of creativity and too much laws and rules in science for us to play in. These are the fact of science and the theories of philosophical greatness that open and enlightening our minds. Those who are unable to grasp with the beautiful truth often hides their eyes and live their lives in their man-made lies and pray that a deity would save them from this madness of Reality.

Best Art Venue!!

Minut Init is punk rock-esque art space, like the smoky underground confined art spaces of the LA do-it-yourself art scene’s glory days. It has been home to alt-art exhibitions such as the new media-inclined Made in Phones and counter culture-sounding Tahi Cicak. It’s easier to name a bigger art venues, but we say let’s give a round of applause to the smaller guys too. - JuiceOnline.com

ARTS FOR GRAB - HUMAN RIGHTS DAY 10&11 DECEMBER

We will be setting up a booth at the annexe gallery central market in the event of :

ART FOR GRABS – HUMAN RIGHTS DAY

Presented by Amnesty International Malaysia + The Annexe Gallery

Art Bazaar + Fringe Fest

Sat 10 + Sun 11 Dec 2011, 12pm-8pm

The Annexe Gallery, KL

ADMISSION FREE!

ONCE AGAIN, HUMAN RIGHTS ARE BURNING UP OUR HEADLINES. Some want equal rights, some want special rights, some have gotten used to having no rights and just want the right NOT to have rights. So whose rights are right? As we celebrate an intensely cool weekend of Art For Grabs – Human Rights Day, brought to you by Amnesty International Malaysia and The Annexe Gallery, perhaps we can find a way to understand what human rights really are.

The art bazaar features the cute, the quirky and the crafty, everything under RM100 each, perfect for Christmas gifts or for yourself – it’s nice to be reminded that this country still has hope. Meanwhile, the fringe events offer a chance to be inspired by expression heroes, revolutionary artists, contemporary communes, radioactive filmmakers, protest singers and other human rights space travellers. Let’s assemble at The Annexe Gallery while we still can. And if we can’t, then we must!

Punk Rock Art Space…

Art galleries are often intimidating to the common but artistically-inclined folks, which is ironic considering it is the underclass that creates the most provocative art. Uptown Damansara’s little known Minut Init was conceived as an antithesis to the more opulent and proper galleries in town. Originally an office building, founder James renovated the space into what it is now – a place for art to be presented as it is, strip bare of any formalities. Unlike spacious galleries where empty space is almost obligatory, Minut Init makes full use of what little space it has by giving free rein to the artists over how they want to decorate the space. The gallery itself is as much of a canvas to the artists as the art pieces showcased. This makes for intimate exhibitions where patrons and artists are encouraged to mingle as opposed to the social detachment of regular expansive galleries.

CLIENTELE Talented DIY artists who haven’t had the opportunity to present their work to the public. As for the public themselves, art enthusiasts who fancy something a little more raw. Hipsters, nerds, punk rockers, and post-rockers who dabble in art (or pretend to at least).
ART STYLE Minut Init welcomes a whole range of artistic discipline; paintings, sculptures, drawing, sketches, photography arts, short films, music videos, animations, installations. If there’s one common thread among them, they’re mostly either post-modern or pop art.

ATMOSPHERE Punk rock-esque, like the smoky underground confined art spaces of the LA do-it-yourself art scene’s glory days.

DESIGN Amorphous bare spaces that fill up and change depending on the exhibition currently held. Divided into 6 rooms, 1 being a smoking room for art enthusiasts to chill out and ruminate over the piece they just saw.

DOOR POLICY Exhibitions are mostly free unless specified. You don’t have to look sartorial to enter. In case you haven’t realised by now, Minut Init is pretty hippie in their code of conduct.

OPEN Exhibitions date and time are as advertised and differ from one another.

PARKING It’s Uptown, we are pretty sure you’d know what that means. Usual MBPJ sideway parking spots and rates applies. Expect to double park
