The Voice

Lies upon my arms,
Bury my bones in this pit of dust,
A name forgotten in time,
A life lost in memories.
Tears weep for my body,
Something we can’t buy,
Somebody we can’t have,
A young lady,
which beauty kills.
A man,
Whom voice never been heard.

‘O’ Ye that denied the truth, Shall not pass this gate.’

The day that the sky will be like molten brass,
And mountains will be like wool.
When mountains are scattered as dust,
By the winds sent forth,
One after another,
Which then blow violently
In the tempestuous gusts.
Then when stars
Become dim.
When heaven
Is cleft asunder,
The day, to where the
Rejectors of Truth shall
Not be able to speak,
The Day that the Trumpet
Shall be sounded.

My Pencil

I hear nothing,
In the loudest part of town.
Words flying in and out of my head.
A terrible day it has been,
And its not over yet.
Silence.
I could hear nothing but the scrubbing of my pencil
On the piece of paper.

My hands feel awkward to these papers,
And the lead utensil,
Like a stranger to a new sets of alphabets.
A long full imprisonment has keep my speech locked in my mind,
Now remembering my good old days when my fingers moves as instance
as the sparks of the neurons in my brains.
When my mind and actions were free.

Silence,
The one noise I could hear,
Is not the sound of the engine rumbling from the buses,
Nor from the chattering of the crowds,
Not even the flight over me.
No. All I could hear was my pencil.
Each word. Each stroke. Each breath.

My heart starts to pound,
For my pencil begin to shake immensely.
Drawing an arrow pointing to a soul.
There she was.
My pencil stop, my heart stop.
All around seems to be out of focus.
She was the only thing I could hear.
The only thing I could feel.
My feet feels so light.
Swooping across the station floor,
Towards the only one I could see.

Then the pencil in my hand begins to tremble,
I thought it was just my nerve.
But it was a warning.
Warning me of the bus.
The bus moving towards me with increasing speed.
With my last breath, I look at herrrrrrr…………………………….

Hand’s of Macbeth

It was nearly dawn, the silence of the house pierced by the sound of a man bursting into his fluorescent white washing chamber. Despite his good taste of custom made clothing that shows his wealth and rank, but all evidence of his present condition would point to the contrary. Trying his best to wash away the blood stain on his guilty hands. ‘Who’s there? What hoe?’ he shouted at the creaking sound behind him. ‘Fear not my husband, it’s just me, your loving lady,’ answered the women in her dress robe as she steps into the light. ‘Is the deed done?’
‘The deed is done,’ he fearfully replied. ‘In the prayers they slept. Amen stuck at the throats as they see me with this hangman’s hand as their death sentence. Did you not hear a noise?’
‘I heard the owl scream and the crickets cry but no prayers were catch by this ears,’ she praised her husband’s doing. ‘A job well done, my love. Tell me why is there an absence of joy in your face?’
‘There stains on my bloody hands. I wash the blood a thousand times with the Neptune’s great oceans but rather seas incarnadine than clean from my hands.’
‘My hands are your colour, as fair as always my love. No stains at all. Now let not the bed empty any longer. Come sleep before the lark sings,’ said the wife.
‘I shall lie on the bed with you but sleep no more. Macbeth shall sleep no more.’

Hypothetically Speaking

Lay here a broken heart lover,
Incredulous act plays over and over,
Never again would this man love,
In the most cryptic part of day,
As the fairest creature came out to play,
A broken heart stolen once again,
The unequivocal love he had for her,
Is now display in the most ostentatious way,
This angel makes this masochistic lion
An incoherency prey,
Her conspicuous evasion shown in her articulate ways,
Brought harm to his heart.
A fragile glass broken once again,
If he would bleed,
He would incarnadine the oceans,
But of course this is just a conjectural conversation.
Neither he or she exists,
It is just me and you.

DriftWood

The big vast ocean is a place where the fishes shine its colours and the dolphin cheerfully play along the surface. A place where the sharks are hunting its next meal and the octopus resting beneath the blanket of sand. Where the green turtles gently swim with the current and the whale calmly dances away. The open seas are the only place where the waves are free to grow as big as it wishes without the restraining lands. In this big blue universe, there is a strange object does not belong there. It is a man sleeping in an inflatable raft that are fill to the rim by what the eye can see as junk. He lay there next to a six-foot flat wood that has been design and polished to withstand the force of the sea. His foot dangles behind the raft as he shifts positions trying to find a comfortable position to sleep in. His efforts were fruitless.
The man frantically jumps out of his dreams and into a shouting start. He stares at the horizon scanning it for any kind of hope but found none. He carefully sips the fresh water from the bottle trying not to spill a single percious drop. His stomach was making a loud grumpy noise starving for food. He peeps over the side of the raft while his hand quickly searching for his spear. His eyes were staring intently at the water. Below his raft, there was a school of Dorados swimming like spectres, flashing and darting through the water. He stabs his spear into the water several times before he sinks back into the raft exhausted.
He stares into the water again and spotted another fish with a flash of silver under the surface. His nose is now touching the water as he eagerly waits for the perfect moment to catch his breakfast. The fish began to show a couple flashes of green, blue and silver indicating its species as a flying fish but this all means nothing to the hungry man. The fish swims towards the surface just a hand stretch away from him. The man seizes his moment and dives into the sea with his spear forward and nearly hitting the fish. The fish dodge the spear and darted out into the surface. The fish bounces on the water before a sharp steel pierces through it body and ends its short life.
The man sucks the juicy marrow out of the half-cooked fish’s head in aluminium wrapping and chew off the meats from its tiny ribs. He pulls out the eyeballs, the heart and the livers and consumes them in whole not wanting to waste any nutrition away. There were bloods and scales all over his shirt. He wipes his ocean washed hands on his torn jeans before fixing the sail that is made out of the waterproof cover of the raft into its maximum size so it would harvest more speed towards the uncharted island that were rumour to exist.
Today would be his fifth day out in the open seas and his resources are beginning to run out. There is only a few drop of water left in the bottles and with the scorching sun over his head, it get even harder not to quit. He looks at his maps carefully and checks his bearings. He knows deep in his heart the island must exist. He scans the horizon once again with his binoculars and still found nothing. He sits there waiting and meditating for some hope.
His concentration was interrupt by a couple of bump to the raft. He sees three big fins cutting out of the water. He cautiously leans forward to see the owner of the fins. It was a group of sharks. His heart start pounding and his head begins to hums the theme song of the movie JAWS. He was not sure what kind of shark it is but it did not matter, his adrenaline rushed to his muscle before he could even think carefully. He grabs his spear and start jabbing the water. Each jab is as hard as jabbing into a concrete wall. The sharks retreat from the raft and circle it like the hell’s angel motorcycle gang circling a lonely little hippy.
He then remembers a useful fact that he learn while watching the discovery channel. He remembers that sharks hate the chemicals in the shampoo. He remembered that was the reason why he brought the shampoos with him in the first place. He searched his raft looking for the shampoo but bumps of the shark throw his balance nearly falling into the water. He sees a few more fins heading towards the raft and like a pagan, he starts praying to all the gods and angels that he knew of to take him to heaven. It is his end. Mysteriously enough the fins began to disappear. He then hears chirping and squeaking at the side of his raft. It was the dolphins. The dolphins scared away the sharks.
He stares into the dolphins and thanked them.

It was a beautiful morning as the sun creeps its way through the blanket cloud and the birds singing away its melody to where the waterfalls flows, and the animals roams wild. While the trees dances to the symphony of the morning on an island untouched by man. It’s a paradise lost in the vast open ocean.
A small young seagull was gliding across the water trying to fish out his breakfast when the alien object float past him. The seagull curiously flies towards the raft and cautiously investigates the stranger. It peacefully said ‘Hello there stranger?’ but its words were misinterpret by the man as an act of disturbance for he only hears caws. The man agitatedly kicks the raft where the seagull was resting and irritably opens his eyes to see his enemy. ‘Now that weren’t really nice was it?’ said the bird.
The man stares into the bird’s eyes, he was puzzled but then a sudden gush of happiness and joy filled his lungs. He turned around to see a beautiful island in the horizon. He was so delighted by the sight to a point where he could almost kiss the bird. He quickly paddled towards the island hoping it to be more that a mirage of the sea. Once he could see the island clearly, he puts out the surfboard into the ocean and zips the waterproof cover layer of the raft.
He then paddles his surfboard with the raft floating by itself towards the land. As the waves begins to grow he could feel the force of the ocean sending electric impulses to his muscles signalling him to stand up on the board and slide across the surface of the wave. His body finding the perfect position to balance his weight on the board as he takes each twist and turns on the watery playground. He raced away from the break of the waves towards the shore.

JUST

(Man walks into the spotlight on an empty stage with a knife in his hand)

Man
Here is much to do with hate, but more with love.
Why then O’ brawling love, O’ loving hate.
O’ anything of nothing but first create.
The bloody stains on my hands are washed a thousand times with great Neptune’s ocean,
But rather seas incarnadine than clean from my hands.
My mind is filled with treason and plot,
The sins I’ve done played over and over again in my head.
Trap in a prison I could not break free.
Here in my hand a poison ought to kill a thousand men, (holding up the knife)
O’ happy dagger, This is thy sheath,
There rust and let me die,
If die is to sleep,
To sleep- perchance to dream.
Then let me sleep,
For in that sleep of death what dreams may come,
I’ll be prepared to take.

(He slits his wrist and fall onto the ground. A few minutes later Jack walks into the stage talking on his cell phone and tripped over Man.)

Jack
What fowl is this?
To make a mockery fool out of me. (getting up)
Why if is not a lying beggar,
A bleeding lying beggar? (he investigate the man)
Are you alright?
Where’s the harm done upon you?
Please speak to me.
I have to take you to the medic. (he began to carry the man)

Man
Don’t touch me!! (Jack steps back)
Leave me to my doings.

Jack
What? Are you okay?
Where is your injuries?

Man
I’m not hurt.

Jack
Then why is there blood around you?

(Three girls walks in)

Girl 1
Good sir, what spell hath been cast upon this man?

Jack
I do not know. He refuse to tell, miss.

Girl 2
Ah.., why does he lies in a pool of blood?

Girl 3
Is he hurt?
Jack
I’m unsure, miss. He seems to be hurt but he claim to be fine.

Girl 3
Have you check him for any signs of injury?

Jack
No, he would not let me touch him.

Girl 2
Perhaps, he needs a feminine persuasion.

Girl 1
Let me try. (she bends down to the man)
Hello there young master. What is the reason for your strange behaviour?

Man
Why, three of the fairest sprites I’ve seen, wandering off away from the safety of Oberon’s lair, here asking the state of my health. I’m flattered. It is not my health but rather my thoughts that’s in concern.

Girl 2
What is troubling your thoughts, sir?

Man
A secret.

Girl 3
A secret?

Man
Yes, a secret.
A knowledge I should have not possessed.
Now that information is my curse.

Girl 3
What is this knowledge you speak of?

Man
If I tell you, my burden would be yours too.
I do not wish to do so. Now please sweet angels leave me here to rot.

Girl 2
How berserk.

Jack
I’ve warn you, miss. He is not in the right state of mind.

(enters Duke)

Duke
Excuse me there people, can you guide me to... O’ my god, what happen to this man?

Jack
I’m not certain my lord.
Its seems he possessed a knowledge that feared him to not to move.

Duke
What is this knowledge that fear him?

Jack
He refuse to tell, sir.

Duke
Young man, what is it that troubles you? (crouching to the man)

Man
My lord, sorry if I’m being rude but I cannot tell you my troubles.

Duke
Do you not know who I am? I’m the authority of this city.
I have the rights to know the trouble of my people.

Man
I cannot tell you.

Duke
Well then you ought to know that you’re breaking the law by creating a traffic and disturbing the peace of the city. I could have my men arrest you. Now please, either move of tell me your secrets.

Man
I’m sorry.

Duke
Well then, you leave me no choice. (A Clown enters)
Fool, yes you, get me the guards.

Clown
Me? Okay. But if you wish to use your guards upon him is will be no use.

Duke
What do you mean? Do you know this man?

Clown
Know him, Don’t know him.
Let say;
There was once live a man,
Who is a slave to a strange ritual,
Twice a week his wrist is damn,
But he and death was never mutual.

His knowledge is something you desire,
But once you do, your life will never expire.

Jack
Do you know his knowledge?

Clown
I may look like a fool but even a fool would know that an immortal life is a curse.
I’ll get you your guards, sir. (clown offs the stage)

Jack Girls (1,2,3)
An immortal life? Everlasting Beauty.

Duke Jack
I could rule forever. A curse? Bullocks.

Jack, Duke, Girls
Tell us your secret.
Tell us the knowledge you possessed.

Man
Alright. But don’t say I didn’t warned you. My secret, the knowledge I have is……..

(a loud shriek, and blinding lights)
(Everyone stunned and falling down.)

Jack
O’ from this time forth,
My thoughts be bloody or be nothing worth!!

(Everyone lies down. Man stands up and walks off stage)

End.

Aphrodite’s Lovers

(On deck of a ship approaching the coast of Aphrodite.)
(Levi Villette sits alone with his thoughts.)

Levi Villette
Here I lie, doomed to be sober,
The darling image of an angel is gone forever.
My heart she owns with her sweet symphony,
I’ll give the world for her to be next to me.

(Sandro and Devon enters the deck)

Sandro Balthazar
O’ tear apart thou crying woes,
Thee seeks for an answer from a lying fool.
Forget thou pain and sorrow,
Live today forget tomorrow.
The sun is out from its blanket clouds,
Enjoy the summer and SCREEeeaaaammm out loud…..

Jonas Devon
That Sandro fool is right my worrying friend,
Put thou cries to a happy end.
A thousand miles away we are from home,
We’re in Aphrodite now, no longer in Rome.

Villette
How does one heals a wound he cannot see,
She was my flower and I was her bee,
She pierced my heart with her broken words.
Nothing in this world that could heal this hurt.
Sweet melody of her voice accompanied by fears,
Oh those words bring harms to my ears,
If my angel is now my villain,
Has I befriend the demons?

Sandro
The demon I may be,
For whatever reason that made me,
If I’m the demon, I made Rome my hell,
So go on and plead farewell,
For now Aphrodite awaits thee,
They worship the goddess of love and so should thee,
Speak of the angel no more,
Renascent a new man by the hit of the shore.
Time of moaning is long gone,
Levi Villette shall be reborn…

Villette
Nay, Levi Villette shall remain the same,
In love with an angel, Adrianna is the name.
She…

Devon
Argh….! A week long journey sick not by the sea,
Sicken by the name of thou broken love,
A feast a moment spoilt by a name,
You’re a victim to a losing game.
If one lets the heart to do the picking,
Then doom to your arts will be your waiting,
Heart has not eyes, hands or feet,
It knows not life, love it just beat,
Don’t give your to a maiden of fear,
She is a chimp without any ear,
Hears nothing but herself,
Takes everything from everyone else,
Broken hearts marks her path,
Why don’t thee let go of this angel’s wrath,
A new beauty shall be shown,
With a name yet unknown,
Dear Levi, I promise you this,
In Aphrodite you’ll find a new kiss,
You’ll live happily ever after,
Just like me and your sister. (Abigail enters)

Abigail
Dear brother, listen to my sweet noble husband,
He speaks of truth, he speaks of life,
Sea of life he had thrive,
For that I’m glad to be his wife. (she kisses her husband)

Villette
My lovely sister, I’m happy for you,
But you cannot tell me not to love,
What happened to me never happened to any of you.
Imagine you lost your love,
You’ll mourn for moons,
Food would lose its taste,
Thirst not for wine,
Sleeping and dreaming is no longer bind,
Sacrifice your freedom for your love to be with you,
Nothing matters anymore in this world.

Abigail
True, true,
But you had your time to mourn,
Now please forget her.

Sandro
Sweet Abigail.
Lose your breath not to this fool,
He thinks he has a women to woe,
But who?
Adrianna he never spoke to,
His first words was his last blow,
‘I love you’ before the word ‘hello’,
Blame yourself for speaking,
Words are not your talent, Levi.
Their mine.
You paint, you should paint her a love,
And perhaps she might say hello instead of no.

I dream

I dream of a place where my ceiling is the bright blue sky and my floors is the deep ever-changing sea. I dream of a job where I bond and become a part of the ocean. I dream of a relationship where my partner pushes me forward with a rush of adrenaline. I dream of a vehicle that mother nature provided. I dream of resting on a soft white pebble grains of sand underneath the wide city of greens after a long hard day at work. I dream to ride the immense power of Neptune’s cradle with a piece of plank from a driftwood tree. A plank that is designed to withstand the incomparable force of the waves by gently slicing the walls. I dream to travel by piercing through between the tunnel of the crushing authorities while speeding away from its crumbling crushing might. I dream of this everyday, sadly I’m a thousand miles away from the nearest waves sitting on this hard brown bench in a cold modern architecture dreaming. I dream of surfing.
